Our administrative team is here to support you throughout your treatment journey. We can assist with coordinating your care, managing insurance and financial matters, scheduling appointments, and answering any general questions about the logistics of your treatment. Deanna N.

Financial Coordinator

Having been with the office for many years, Deanna has played an important role in nearly every aspect of the practice since first meeting both doctors in her 20s. Her experience ranges from billing and treatment coordination to chairside assistance, giving her a well-rounded understanding of patient care and office operations.

Deanna especially enjoys helping patients and families better understand their financial options and making orthodontic treatment more affordable and accessible. She takes pride in guiding families through insurance benefits, HSAs, FSAs, disclosures, and coverage coordination, ensuring every patient feels informed and supported throughout the process.

Outside the office, Deanna enjoys spending time with her family — whether cheering on her kids at tennis tournaments, exploring local restaurants, or planning exciting travel adventures together. When she’s not on the go, she loves relaxing at home with her doodle, cozying up on the couch, and catching up on her favorite TV shows.

    Lead Administrative Officer

    Being given the opportunity to work with Team Braces over the last couple years has allowed me to grow and blossom. Getting to work in an environment filled with lovely families and patients and creating relations within the office is a rewarding feeling. 

    During my free time, I enjoy doing all things leisure. You will mainly find me reading or shopping for new books to add to my bookshelf.

    I started my journey with the office at the beginning of 2025 and have been loving it so far! Everyone I work with is very friendly and welcoming.

    One thing I love about my job is meeting new patients and parents and being able to listen to their interest in starting treatment. Everyone has a different journey, but all end their orthodontic treatment with our braces family!

    I have recently moved from Vietnam to California in 2025 and joined the Team Braces family. Since joining the team, I have truly enjoyed working around my Braces Team and getting to know the patients and family.

    Outside of work, I enjoy cooking new meals and traveling! Some of my favorite places I have traveled to are Japan, Korea, Taiwan, and of course my home town in Vietnam
